Rock and Record Summer Camp 2025!
Ravenswood Music Academy (https://www.ravenswoodmusicacademy.com/camps) and Mystery Street Recording Company have teamed up again to bring your children an innovative, week-long day camp called “Rock and Record“. This camp will not only have your child in a brand new rock band by the end of the week, but it’ll also allow your children the opportunity to learn how to professionally record their music. All the rockers from ages 7-12 will try multiple instruments including singing, guitar, ukulele, and drums, and together the band will learn one or two rock songs by the end of the week. The band will also gain hands-on experience with real recording equipment, learn techniques for capturing sounds, and understand how audio engineers use these skills to make hit songs and bring movies and video games to life. At the end of this camp, the parents will all receive a professional recording of the song(s) that the band learned during the week, so you can play your rocker’s awesome music on repeat!
Whether your child loves music, enjoys playing an instrument, likes experimenting with creative technology, or simply wants to make music with their friends, the “Rock and Record” camp is the perfect way for them to bring their imagination to life with sound! Studio Summer Camp Program Details
Date and Time: 5 DAYS: July 7 – 11, 2025: 9:00am-3:00pm
Ages: 7-12 years old
Cost: $550 full day 9:00am-3:00pm, $400 half day 9:00am-12:00pm
Kids should bring their own sealable water bottles and a packed lunch.
TERMS OF SERVICE: Once payment is submitted, there will be no refunds for cancellations. If for any reason your child is unable to attend a day of camp, we are unable to process a refund for that day.
