All deliverables will meet the Folder Hierarchy and Naming Conventions detailed in the Delivery Recommendations for Recorded Music Projects, as developed by the Producers and Engineers Wing of the Recording Academy.
Projects that have been inactive for longer than 90 days at the time of the request will be charged a $50 data retrieval fee. This price is for labor only and does not include the price of deliverable media (USB flash drive, USB Hard Drive, or Digital Download). The price for deliverable media is based on the amount of data in the final deliverables package. We DO NOT transfer media to a client’s own device.
NOTE: We do not guarantee our ability to fully retrieve any project that has been inactive for longer than 1 year. If we find that data is missing or updated software is incompatible for accurate retrieval, we will provide the most complete package possible for each option. In these cases, the price remains the same, but we will supply additional notes on any discrepancies.
