Payment is required at the time of pickup. A credit card and valid Drivers License are required for all equipment rentals. Pick-up and drop-off times must be scheduled prior to rental. Returns that are not made by the agreed drop-off time will be charged an additional day’s rental fee. The renter is responsible for any damaged or missing equipment. Equipment deliveries are subject to a per-mile or flat rate charge. Sound checks and after event pick-ups are limited to availability and may also incur additional charges depending on time, location, and rental size. All delivery charges are subject to change and will be quoted on a case by case basis.
